Privacy policy
Last updated 21 October 2026
AI Socials is an AI studio that helps creators and small businesses plan, write and post social media content. It is run by [Company legal name] (“we”), [Company postal address]. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. Write to privacy@aisocials.ai with any question.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address, your name if you give one, your date of birth and your confirmation that you are 18 or older (we only serve adults), and the version of these terms you accepted.
- What you add to the studio: your brand kit (goals, audience, tone, topics, colours), documents and past posts you add under About you, the photos and videos you upload with your confirmation that you own them and made them as an adult, your conversations with the assistant, what it remembers about your preferences, and your ideas, drafts and posts.
- Social accounts you connect: the access tokens the platform gives us (encrypted, never shown in a browser or written to our logs), the account’s name and ID, the posts we publish for you and their results (views, likes, comments and similar). We never ask for or store your social media passwords.
- Use and security: your network address and browser details when you use the site, to keep it secure and limit abuse; a record of important actions (such as approvals and posts) so you and your team can see who did what.
How we use it
- To run the studio: write drafts in your voice, make pictures and videos you ask for, prepare files for each platform, and post or remind you to post.
- To keep it safe: check content is safe for work and follows platform rules, refuse adult offers, stop abuse and keep accounts secure.
- To send you sign-in links, invitations, reminders and messages about your account.
- To meter usage against your allowance and keep our costs under control.
We don’t sell your personal information, we don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t use your content to train AI models.
AI services
To write, review or make content, we send the relevant parts of your request (your words, brand kit, and any files the job needs) to the AI service chosen for that job: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), xAI (Grok), Google (Gemini and Veo) or Meta (Muse). They process it under their business terms, which don’t allow them to train on it, except Meta’s “contributor” option, which you can only use after agreeing that Meta may learn from what you send. If you add your own AI key, requests for you go to that provider under your own account with them.
Who else sees it
- Services that run the studio for us: Render (hosting and database), Cloudflare (network protection and file storage), Amazon Web Services (encryption keys), Resend (email) and the AI services above. They act on our instructions only.
- Social platforms you connect: when you post through us, the platform receives the post and files you approved. Their own privacy policies apply there.
- Partners: if you use AI Socials through a partner app (such as Wink), that partner sees only what you allow (for example your drafts or post results), and you can take that permission back at any time.
- Your team: people you invite to your workspace see its content, by the role you give them.
- When the law requires it, or to protect people from harm.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the site needs: one keeps you signed in, two short-lived ones carry your invitation and sign-up from one page to the next, and one remembers whether you chose the light or dark look. Cloudflare may set cookies needed to protect the site from bots. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and content while your account is open. When you disconnect a social account, we delete its tokens and ask the platform to revoke them. When you delete your account, your studio and everything in it are deleted at once (files within a few minutes), your connected accounts are disconnected, and your name, email and date of birth are erased. If you belong to a team, its shared work stays for the others. We keep only what the law requires (such as billing records). Data we receive from social platforms is kept only as long as their terms allow.
Your choices and rights
You can see and change most of your information in the studio, disconnect accounts, and stop partners’ access. Under Your account you can download a copy of your information and delete your account yourself, at any time. For anything else, such as a correction, write to privacy@aisocials.ai and we’ll answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), you may have further rights, including to object to or limit some uses and to complain to a data protection authority. We don’t treat you differently for using them.
Security
Connections are encrypted, tokens and keys are encrypted with keys held in a separate key service, each organization’s data is walled off from the others in our database, and access inside our team is limited to what each person needs.
Adults only
AI Socials is only for people 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger; if we learn we have, we delete it.
Where it’s kept
We store and process information in the United States. If you use the studio from elsewhere, your information is transferred there with the protections the law requires.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll tell you by email or in the studio before it applies.
