Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] (“we”) for using AI Socials, our AI studio for planning, writing and posting social media content. By creating an account you accept them, and our privacy policy.

1. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. If you use AI Socials for a business, you confirm you may accept these terms for it. During the beta, accounts are by invitation.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in email secure; you’re responsible for what happens in your account and workspace, including what people you invite do there. Tell us at once at support@aisocials.ai if you think someone else has access.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you add and everything the studio makes for you. You give us permission to store, process and adapt it, and to send it to the AI services and social platforms you choose, only to provide the studio to you. You confirm you own, or have the rights to, what you upload, and that you made any photos or videos of yourself as an adult.

4. AI-made content

Drafts, pictures and videos are made by AI. They can be wrong, sound like other content or not suit your audience: read and approve everything before it’s posted. Nothing is posted without approval unless your workspace owner turns on automatic posting, which you can switch off at any time. Where platforms require it, AI-made pictures and videos are labelled as such, and you agree to keep those labels.

5. What you may not do

• Post anything that isn’t safe for work, or promote adult or age-restricted offers.
• Use content of anyone under 18, or content you made before you were 18, or make an AI likeness of anyone but yourself.
• Break a social platform’s rules, spam, mislead people, pretend to be someone else or infringe others’ rights.
• Try to get around our limits or safety checks, reach other people’s data, or overload or reverse engineer the service.

We may remove content or pause an account that breaks these rules.

6. Social platforms

When you connect an account, you let us post and read results there for you. Each platform’s own terms apply, and a platform can limit or suspend accounts for its own reasons; we can’t control or reverse that. Posting by hand with our posting kit stays available when a platform connection isn’t.

7. Partners

If you use AI Socials inside a partner’s app (such as Wink), the partner’s own terms also apply to that app. Partners see your data only as you allow, and you can take that permission back.

8. Plans, allowances and fees

The beta is free within the allowances shown in the studio. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you the price before you’re charged, and nothing changes for you until you agree.

9. Ending

You can stop using AI Socials and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or end the beta with reasonable notice.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The studio is provided “as is” during the beta, without promises that it will always be available or error-free, or that posts will reach a particular audience. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, followers or reach, and our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can’t be limited.

11. Changes and law

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you before the change applies. These terms are governed by the laws of [State], United States.
